Here’s how our comprehensive coaching process is organized:
1. Initial Onboarding and Athlete Hub Access:
• The journey begins with our onboarding process, designed to familiarize athletes with our coaching practices and systems.
• Following onboarding, each athlete gains access to the Athlete Hub. This online portal is your go-to resource for all training plans, metrics, blood work analyses, and additional coaching data, accessible anytime and anywhere.
2. Direct Communication with Coaches:
• Athletes receive their coaches' personal contact numbers, making it easy to reach out for advice, feedback, or to discuss anything coaching related 24/7.
• We encourage building strong, productive relationships with your coach. Your feedback as an athlete is crucial to tailoring the coaching process to your needs.
3. Weekly Check-ins and Feedback:
• Athletes complete a weekly online check-in through the Athlete Hub.
• Within 24-48 hours, you’ll receive a personalized video from your coach. This video will address your check-in responses, suggest necessary adjustments to your programming, and provide valuable feedback.
4. Dynamic and Customized Programming:
• Our programs are anything but static. As you evolve, so does your entire program, constantly adapting to ensure the best results.
• This is achieved through constant communication with your coach, weekly check-ins, training cycle reviews, blood work analysis and more to ensure your program is always aligned with your current goals, needs, and performance levels.
5. Video Analysis for Technique Improvement:
• Athletes have the opportunity to submit training or fitness-related videos to their coaches at any time.
• Receive personalized feedback on your technique or submitted video, helping you make the necessary adjustments to improve your performance and results.
6. One-on-One Coaching Calls:
• Schedule personal calls with your coach to dive deeper into any aspect of your program, discuss strategies, or prepare for bodybuilding contest preps.
• These sessions are designed to ensure you have all the support and information you need to excel.
